How to Become an iCandii VIP Member: To become an iCandii VIP member, there is a $25 recurring membership fee. You will receive an exclusive day to shop on the second Sunday of every month, you will get first access to all new arriving inventory, you will receive $20 in Candii Cash to apply towards your total purchase on your VIP shopping day, and every VIP member will be entered into a monthly drawing for various prizes. There will be 3 winners each month.
***You can accumulate up to 3 months worth of Candii Cash. If it is not used within the 3 months of receiving, you will forfeit your Candii Cash.
VIP Member Prizes: Each month every member will be entered into a monthly raffle. 3 members will be drawn first and then 3 prizes will be drawn, one for each member. Each member will be eligible to win free items, additional Candii Cash off purchases outside of your VIP day, 10%-15% off Coupons, or an extra VIP shopping day.
***Candii Cash and Coupons will expire within 3 months of receipt.
***If you win an extra VIP shopping day, you will receive an hour and a half of private shopping. You may shop on any day, that does not have to be a Sunday. You will need to preschedule your shopping time so that we can close the store off to other customers for your VIP shopping experience.
Payments: Each month you will be automatically charged the membership fee of $25. The date that you start your membership, will be the date you are charged each month. Your payment will be deducted from the credit card you used when you initiated your VIP Membership. A 10 day grace period will be given on any failed payments. Within that grace period, we will attempt your payment each day until the payment is successfully collected. You will retain all membership benefits within your 10 day grace period. If payment is not successful after the 10th day, your membership will be automatically cancelled.
Changing Payments: If you need to change your method of payment, you must contact us by email 3-5 days prior to your monthly charge date. Please DO NOT put your credit card information in the email. In your email you will need to provide your first and last name, phone number, state you are needing to change your payment method, and provide the date of your recurring charges. A member of our team will call you back within 24 hours to re-enter your new payment details. Please note, if you contact us on the day of or one day before your recurring charge is supposed to take affect, it may not stop the charge from being processed on the original payment method.
Cancellation of VIP Member Benefits: You may cancel your iCandii VIP Membership at any time. You must notify us by email 3-5 days prior to your monthly charge date. Please DO NOT put your credit card information in the email. In your email you will need to provide your first and last name, phone number, state you are wanting to cancel your membership, and provide the date of your recurring charges. A member of our team will call you back within 24 hours to process your cancellation. Please note, if you contact us on the day of or one day before your recurring charge is supposed to take affect, it may not stop the charge from being processed. However, we will process a refund, or allow you to enjoy one last month of VIP Benefits; whichever the customer prefers.
